Highly capable and resilient individual with strong oral, written, and graphic bilingual communication skills, ability to transmit knowledge, strong spatial thinking skills, special sensibility with Nature and environmental topics, deep knowledge of worldwide cultures, creative and innovative spirit with the ability to generate new ideas and develop projects. Master’s degree in Regional Planning and Urban Planning Law.

He has conducted researches on Architectural disruptive technologies, land issues, Urban Design and Art critics, publishing scientific articles and essays in international professional, scientific and specialized magazines related to Sustainable architectural design, Innovative energy conservation strategies, Environmental effects of architectural footprint, Landscape Architecture and critical ecological thinking, Land use, energy and sustainability policy, Implementation of advanced design technology for built environment, Cultural Heritage and Urban Agendas implementation.

Faculty member, Associate professor and adjunct Researcher in several Universities, Colleges of Design and schools of arts, architecture, and Public Government, where he have served as Research Coordinator; Director of the Laboratory of Cities, Territory and Habitat; Leader of Research Groups in Urban Design and Director and jury of several thesis project concerning to Energy and sustainability policy and dynamics of urban growth and territorial development. Invited Professor by University of Pennsylvania - School of Design and jury of projects on the Master in Landscape Architecture. Instructor on International workshops of Design with the participation of Architecture and Industrial Design students from Latin-America universities, developed in association with the Cities of Coral Gables, Dania Beach, Pompano Beach and Doral in South Florida.

Winner of the XXII Colombian Biennial of Architecture Award conferred by the Colombian National Society of Architects (S.C.A.) in Urban and Regional category with the Comprehensive and Land Management Plan 2009/2023 "Armenia, a City for Life" project.

Founder, C.E.O., and Advisor on private companies in the fields of Architecture, Design, and Building Technology as “GeoCity Studio”, "Smart Akademy" “I+D Research and Development Corporation”, and “DESIGNalter Studio”. Has been director of projects in Land, Energy, and Environmental Affairs for several Planning Departments, municipalities, and the private sector.

Consultant and advisor of Circasia’s Municipality in the coordination of Land Management Plan 2015/2027; Strategic Plan; and Development Plan 2012/2015, project that was awarded with the “Building Dreams Prize” by United Nations Development Program (UN-DP). Fellow former of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) in the program of Urban Planning and Land Management Mechanisms.

Project Manager and Latin America Representative in MetalTech-Global / Forza Group, Georgia’s based Companies, leaders in construction, fabrication, design, modeling, and manufacturing of finished architectural metal products and systems that promote the use of sustainable high-end metals in the building industry and architectural design.
